The Natural Resources and Ecology Committee of the “North-West” Association held a Meeting at the St. Petersburg Mining University. In particular, at the Meeting heard a Report “Creating of Closed-Loop Control System “Nature-Technogenika” to minimize Pollutants” presented by Remir Solnitsev. Head Representatives of the Russian Regions approved propositions to be shown in the Report.

● Variants of the Board Sensor production are elaborated, also Cleaning Units to be controlled on the base of ferromanganese alloys are designed; meanwhile, the Variants of the Unmanaged Aerial Vehicles Production are found.
● Agreement to implement Pilot Project “«Nature-Technogenic»Closed-Loop Control System” for the purposes of UC “RUSAL” (Boksitogorsk, Leningrad region) is obtained provided that McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada) has to be concerned as Investor.

● Variants of Gas-Cleaning Units as part of Enhanced Three-Level Control System “AVUS-SKZ” are worked out.
● Documentation for working out and implementing of «Nature-Technogenic» Closed-Loop Control System as a Joint Project with Libyan Arab Jamahiriya is prepared (Agreement was frozen at the end of 2011).

The Work Report of IEHS over 2014 year is issued devoted to Software Investigation and Working Out of Digital Governor for Command Devices Package based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). There following best results were reached in the meantime:
● Method and Algorithms to calculate angles within required accuracy are proposed, when values have to be passed from Angle Command Device.
● Methods of Simulation to Actuator Control Unit are offered.
● Structural and Functional Scheme are suggested when Techniques of Digital Governor Workstation was proved.
● Pulse Width Modulation Actuator Control Units are presented and simulated.
● Central Electronic Modules are coded based on as FPGA and MPGA (Matrix Programmable Gate Array).

● Computer Appliance of Meteorological Support of «Nature-Technogenic» Closed-Loop Control System is elaborated as a Joint Project with Environmental Technology Institute of Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology (Hanoi, Vietnam).
● A Monograph “«Nature-Technogenic» Control Systems” is published.
● Documentation of Cooperation Work with “AS LASREF” Ltd. (Tallin, Estonia) is prepared.

The Work Report of IEHS over 2014 year is issued devoted to Software Investigation and Working Out of Digital Governor for Command Devices Package based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). There following best results were reached in the meantime:
● Method and Algorithms to calculate angles within required accuracy are proposed, when values have to be passed from Angle Command Device.
● Methods of Simulation to Actuator Control Unit are offered.
● Structural and Functional Scheme are suggested when Techniques of Digital Governor Workstation was proved.
● Pulse Width Modulation Actuator Control Units are presented and simulated.
● Central Electronic Modules are coded based on as FPGA and MPGA (Matrix Programmable Gate Array).

Scientific and Technical Commission of Academic Council of SUAI, as a result of Report of Remir Solnitsev, decides:
● to approve suggested Technology as Innovative since influence to Pollution Source is adjustable; the Technology is applicable for Neutralization of as stationary objects and nonstationary ones; meanwhile the Technology is suitable for real sector economics objects of Russian Federation.
● to recognize as necessary for broadening «Nature-Technogenic» Closed-Loop Control System Conceptions, and for deliverying Conceptions and Principles which International Environmental Societies accepted.
● to develop offers for working practices to be created and implemented «Nature-Technogenic» Closed-Loop Control System.
● to appeal to Organizations working out Tools for Measuring and Cleaning of Pollutions, also to consult to Russian Federation Executive Agency for supporting offered Projects and for its participating.
